Our bakery is located at 151 St Michaels Hill, Bristol, BS2 8DB.
We also host pop-up events across Bristol - follow us on social media for the latest locations and updates.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver our cookies nationwide across the UK, including England, Scotland and Wales.
WHO DELIVERS THE COOKIES AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Each order is freshly baked, individually heat sealed, and dispatched the same day to maximise freshness. Delivery is aimed for the next working day; however, this is not guaranteed and may take anadditional 1–2 working days during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or text. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery is charged at £6.00.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL BRISTOL DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local Bristol delivery at this time.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?
Store your cookies in an airtight container for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze on the day of delivery and reheat when ready to enjoy. Full instructions are included in the box.
HOW DO I REHEAT MY COOKIES?
For the best experience, warm your cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-6 minutes until soft and gooey in the centre. Instructions are included in the box.
ARE YOUR COOKIES SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
Yes, all of our cookies are suitable for vegetarian and halal diets.
DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?
All cookies are made in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, milk, eggs and nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any products are free from allergens.
CAN I SEND COOKIES AS A GIFT?
Yes - our cookies make the perfect gift. You can add a note or personalised greeting card at checkout to make your order extra special.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Our boxes do not fit through standard letterboxes, and we cannot accept responsibility for missed or delayed deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. This includes flavours, box sizes, delivery dates, or address details. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at info@caketin.co.uk.
Please note: Cake Tin cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if no one was available to receive the parcel.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All of our products are handmade and perishable. As such, we do not accept returns.
A replacement order (to the same value) will only be offered if you receive an incorrect item or if your order is of unsatisfactory quality.
If you are unhappy with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after this time.
While we take great care in packaging, minor damage during transit may occasionally occur and does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Cake Tin.
