Whether you choose the Classic Variety Box or a box of your favourite flavour, all our cookies are freshly baked, individually heat sealed, and dispatched the same day to maximise freshness.
Delivery
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Each order is freshly baked, individually heat sealed, and dispatched the same day to maximise freshness. Delivery is aimed for the next working day; however, this is not guaranteed and may take an additional 1–2 working days during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or text. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Cookie Care
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
See packaging for the best before date.
For longer storage, cookies can be frozen on the day of delivery.
For the best experience, warm your cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-6 minutes until soft and gooey in the centre. To reheat from frozen bake for 7–8 minutes. Instructions are included in the box.
