About Cake Tin
Cake Tin was born after an inspirational trip to New York and a love for iconic NY style cookies. After returning to Bristol, I set out to recreate that same indulgent, chunky cookie experience here in the UK.
What started as months of testing and perfecting recipes has become a luxury cookie brand known for crisp edges, gooey centres and bold flavours. Each batch is handmade in Bristol using carefully selected ingredients.
Today, Cake Tin delivers New York inspired cookies across Bristol and nationwide throughout the UK, including corporate gifting, events and special occasions.

We proudly serve ethically sourced espresso from Bristol roastery Triple Co Roast.
Our chosen blend is smooth and chocolatey with notes of caramel and red fruit, roasted locally and sourced sustainably from Colombia.
Alongside our espresso, we offer matcha, chai and rich hot chocolate - thoughtfully selected to pair perfectly with our New York inspired cookies.
